What you'll need
Windows 10 or Windows 11 on a 64-bit PC.
A built-in or external webcam.
Internet access and email sign-in for activation.
A clear camera view of your head and shoulders, with enough light to see you.
From download to your first cue
- Install and sign in. Open the installer, then use your email to activate your free account.
- Set your baseline. Choose your webcam and calibrate while sitting in a comfortable, upright position.
- Get back to work. Keep the small dot nearby. It changes when you drift, so you can reset without a loud interruption.
